• Unaided work still feels possible (not scarier than last month)

Privacy stop

• No unpublished client brief pasted raw
• No third-party likeness uploaded without consent
• No work secrets in a personal consumer account

What this is not

• Not a ban on AI tools
• Not therapy or “find your muse” coaching
• Not a promise that avoiding AI makes you a better artist overnight
• Not permission to skip disclosure later when AI help is appreciable
