## Dependency check (weekly)

- [ ] I started at least one piece without asking the model for concepts
- [ ] I refused at least one "decide for me" urge
- [ ] Unaided work still feels possible (not scarier than last month)

## Privacy stop

- [ ] No unpublished client brief pasted raw
- [ ] No third-party likeness uploaded without consent
- [ ] No work secrets in a personal consumer account

## What this is not

- Not a ban on AI tools
- Not therapy or "find your muse" coaching
- Not a promise that avoiding AI makes you a better artist overnight
- Not permission to skip disclosure later when AI help is appreciable
