Echo Data Deletion Instructions

Use these instructions to revoke Echo access to Meta and request deletion of data associated with a connected Facebook Page.

Remove Echo from Meta

  1. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Locate “Echo” in the list of connected business tools.
  3. Click “Remove” to revoke Echo’s access to your account.

Removing Echo from Meta revokes future access from Meta. It does not automatically delete records already stored in Echo — for that, follow the steps below.

Remove the connection in Echo

In Echo, open the Platforms page and delete the Facebook Page connection. Echo removes the stored platform credential for that connection when the connection is deleted.

Request deletion from AI Expert OÜ

To request deletion of data associated with your Echo connection, submit a request via our contact form and start your message with “Echo data deletion request”. Include the Facebook Page name or Page ID so we can locate the connection, and the email address associated with your Meta account so we can verify ownership.

We respond within 30 days and email a confirmation when deletion is complete. We will delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed to provide the service, troubleshoot active incidents, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security of Echo.

What may be deleted

  • Facebook Page connection records and encrypted credentials.
  • Stored publishing metadata associated with the connection.
  • Operational data that can reasonably be tied to the connected Page.
