Freeze the claim

Official checks (primary tools - not chatbot memory)

• Legal entity and relevant activity checked in the domestic regulator’s current register
• Official firm domain opened by typing URL (no message link)
• Fee and risk language matched to a dated disclosure
• Celebrity / AI endorsement independently verified or discarded
• Scam reporting path noted if fraud suspected

AI assist limits

• Extracted claim atoms only
• No invest/avoid recommendation requested or accepted
• No wallet seeds, passwords, or statements pasted

Stop rule

If identity, authorisation, risk, fee or return claims remain materially unresolved: do not send money. Use the domestic regulator or police reporting route where appropriate. An adviser cannot validate an unresolved identity, and an unresolved claim is not by itself proof of fraud.
