## Quick Classification

| Output type | Default treatment |
| --- | --- |
| Draft, rewrite, outline, brainstorm | Edit for quality and fit |
| Summary of provided source | Check important claims against the source |
| Names, dates, numbers, quotes, citations | Verify before use |
| Legal, medical, financial, safety, HR, or customer-impacting advice | Verify with an authoritative source or owner |
| Current events, prices, product details, or local rules | Use current search or official references |

## Verification Steps

1. Highlight every specific claim.
2. Identify the source that should prove each claim.
3. Check the primary source where possible.
4. Remove or qualify claims you cannot verify.
5. Keep links or citations with the final output.

## Go / No-Go

- Go: the output is a draft or all important claims are sourced.
- Hold: claims are plausible but unsourced.
- Escalate: the output affects customers, money, health, legal rights, employment, safety, or regulated data.
